SHIPPING UPDATE: Please allow additional time to account for delays in shipping due to COVID-19

PRIORITY SHIPPING WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION: We currently ship orders using USPS. Standard shipping requires 2-3 business days for delivery after it ships, in addition to a signature upon delivery for orders over $100. Shipping confirmation and tracking is available via email as soon as your order departs. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777). 

******NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS******

Cancellation Policy

Pretty Pieces by Ki has a strict 25% cancellation fee for all orders canceled prior to shipping. Please make sure you're ordering the correct item and viewing the description before checking out. 

Our return policy

Pretty Pieces by Ki has a strict NO RETURNS/EXCHANGE. This is due to  health and safety concerns. Please ensure you're ordering the correct item and review the description of the item before checking out. 

If there is a mistake or manufacturers’ defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified after you notify us immediately after receiving item within 24 hours via email at Customerservice@prettypiecesbyki.com

Priority Express Overnight 1 Business day

Return Policy

All sales are 100% 'Final Sale', once your order has shipped. Exchanges
are only granted if your order has a confirmed manufacturing defect. Please contact us
within 48 hours of receiving your order via email at
info@prettypiecesbyki.co or Click here report any defects.

Cancellation Policy

How will I know my order has shipped?

Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order departs our facilities.

Will my wig come as pictured?

Ready to Ship units come exactly as shown unless stated in description or further customization has been requested/purchased. (*Units may need styling touch up once delivered due to movement during shipping)

Premade or Custom Made units will look very similar to photos provided. These units are customized individually by hand.

Does my wig have an elastic band?

All Custom Made wigs arrive with our adjustable elastic band unless stated otherwise in the description.

If no elastic band included in your wig an elastic band can be added here.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, no. All items are packaged and shipped according to our shipping policy.
